Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.  Please allow additional time during sales and holidays.

Our orders are packaged and shipped out weekdays, Monday through Friday.  Upon shipment of your order you will receive a tracking number via email.

COVID 19 UPDATE:

Due to COVID-19 all delivery carriers are experiencing higher than normal volumes.  Please allow for unexpected delays in receipt of your package.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

We are currently shipping out all of our orders via USPS and UPS.  Upon checkout please select the shipping method and speed that is the best for you.  All shipping costs are based solely on the weight and delivery location.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $75

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional charges based on tariffs, taxes and duties put in place by that country.  We can not predict what these additional charges will be, and all fees are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

RETURNS

The Greek Penn accepts returns within 14 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.  Your return and packing slip can be sent to the address below. Once we receive your return we will notify you via email and issue you a refund on your card, not including shipping costs which are non-refundable. Please note that gift cards and sale items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.

Your credit may take 7-14 days to appear on your statement.
